Solution Overview

Trusty Bytes delivered the platform end to end: multilingual, secure web portals for operations; cross-platform mobile apps for field and customer use with offline capability; and executive dashboards for the leadership team. Through each country launch we improved UX and stabilised the architecture.

The result is a single digital backbone managing more than 5,000 vehicles across markets, with the resilience to keep scaling.

A service-oriented backend (Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL) powers both a React web portal and React Native apps. Localisation is built in via i18n, and offline-first patterns keep field apps usable on poor connections, syncing when connectivity returns.

Payments and subscriptions integrate with regional providers, and a BI layer (Power BI) turns operational data into executive dashboards. Architecture stabilisation focused on resilience, observability and clean multi-tenant separation per country.
