Solution Overview

Trusty Bytes delivered a comprehensive solution for managing car-park directions and signage at a major international airport — in a swift four-week turnaround. At its heart is a centralised management portal that controls signage, powers live journey boards and generates dynamic direction URLs.

Those dynamic URIs drive the on-field displays, so content on totems can be changed instantly from the portal. Single Sign-On integration keeps access secure, and the launch put 20+ live URLs onto airport totems.

A React management portal backed by a Node.js API lets operators configure directions and journey content centrally. Each physical display points at a dynamic URI; when content changes in the portal, the totem reflects it immediately — no manual device updates.

SSO (SAML) integration ties access to existing identity, and content is served through a CDN for fast, reliable rendering on the totems. The whole solution was designed, built and launched in four weeks.
